Cillpen Fineart is a cultural examination body which is established under Cillpen Trust. Our organization is government registered under WB trust registration act 1886.Registration number is IV – 2464/23. Our organization is ISO certified. Our organization is very new. We are not as experienced and large as other board. But we are passionate about our work and really want to speared the magic of art. We are not forcing anyone to join us if someone want to join any well-known board, we are with it. Because they are also doing fantastic for spreading art. But if someone want to get some things new and want to support a new initiative, we welcome you. No hate for other we just want a word full of art. And organization is established in Balurghat which is in Dakshin Dinajpur.
